Discount codes

For anyone who wants to reward members, friends or early birds.

Create one code for everyone or hundreds of personal codes, as a percentage or a fixed amount, valid for the dates you choose.

  1. In the event dashboard, Promotion section, choose Discount codes.
  2. Choose the ticket the code applies to.
  3. Choose the type: percentage (100% means free) or a fixed amount off the order total.
  4. Create a code by writing the text yourself, or in bulk, up to 500 codes with a prefix, for example VIP-7K2PQ9XA.
  5. Set how many times each code can be used (1 = personal code) and, if you like, from when to when it's valid.
  6. Copy the codes or export them as CSV and send them however you prefer.

If a code doesn't work, check that: it applies to that ticket, it hasn't expired or isn't valid yet, it hasn't run out of uses, it hasn't been switched off. Upper and lower case don't matter.

Good to know

  • Fees are calculated on the discounted price.
  • A 100% code confirms the registration with no payment and no fees.
  • Smappo doesn't send the codes for you: you hand them out yourself.
