Check-in from your phone

For anyone welcoming people at the door.

No paper lists and no queues: at the door your phone is all you need. Every attendee has a ticket with their own QR code, on their phone or printed.

  1. On your phone open the event dashboard and then Check-in.
  2. Press Start camera and point it at the ticket's QR code.
  3. If someone doesn't have their ticket with them, search for them by name or email and press Check in.

Someone helping you at the door? They don't need an account.

  1. In the event dashboard, Entry and guest management box, press Create the code.
  2. Press Copy message for the staff and send it to whoever is helping you, for example on WhatsApp.
  3. They open the link, enter the code and see only the guests' first and last names, to tick off with Check in.

Good to know

  • You can check people in from several phones at once: entries update for everyone.
  • An entry marked by mistake can be undone.
  • If the camera doesn't start, allow camera access in the browser or use the search by name.
  • With New code the staff code changes and the old one stops working straight away.
