When and how you get paid

For Ambassadors who have sold their first tickets.

Smappo pays you, not the organiser. You connect your account once and your shares arrive 7 days after each event (15 for your first 3 events).

  1. Open Ambassadors › Earnings and connect the account where you'll receive payments: Stripe handles it, all it takes is a few details and your bank account. If you're already an organiser on Smappo, we use that account.
  2. Follow your sales: every morning after a day with sales you get an email with a summary.
  3. 7 days after the event ends (15 for your first 3 events) your shares reach your balance and we let you know by email.
  4. Transfer your balance to your bank whenever you like, even all at once.

Good to know

  • You can complete your tax details and account whenever you like: they're needed before your first payout, and until then your earnings stay safe, waiting for you.
  • Before confirming a transfer you see its costs, which Stripe applies. Smappo keeps nothing.
  • Refunded or cancelled tickets don't count.
  • You can switch off the daily email from your Ambassador profile.
