How can we help?

1. From your account menu open Ambassador, choose your personal code (your name, for example) and write a couple of lines about you and your community. Accept the terms and the commitment to disclose promotions.
2. Open Find events: search by words, city (including “Online”) or dates, or sort by “Best paid”. For each event you see the buyers' discount, what you earn per ticket, and how reliable the organizer is.
3. Press “Apply” and add a message: why you're the right person, who you reach, how many people you expect to bring. We email you when the organizer decides.
4. Once approved, My promotions has the link that fills in your code: share it on social media, in groups and stories, always with #ad. You can also say the code out loud.
5. Follow the sales day by day. In Payouts connect your payout account: 7 days after the event we pay out your shares.
6. After the payout you get an email; leave the organizer a rating.

Not by yourself: posts you've already published would stop working. If you really need to, open a request in the Ambassadors category.

In Find events you search the events open to ambassadors, in town or online,, with discount and share. Apply with a short message: when the organizer approves you, you get an email with the link to share. Organizers can also invite you directly.

With the link in My promotions: it opens the event page with your code already filled in. You can also say the code out loud or put it in your stories: buyers enter it at checkout, under “Have a code?”.

Whenever you promote an event you must say it's a promotion, for example with #ad or “paid partnership”.

We pay you. You connect your payout account once in Payouts: Stripe runs it, and it takes a few details and your bank account. If you're already an organizer on Smappo, we use your organizer account.

7 days after each event ends we pay out the shares you earned, in the event's currency, and email you. Refunded or cancelled tickets don't count, and you earn nothing on tickets you buy yourself. Payouts shows what's paid out, on its way and waiting for events to end.

No: you only see how many tickets and how much you've earned. Buyers' details stay with the organizer.
