Bring your next event to Smappo

For anyone using another platform, an online form or email sign-ups today.

You don't have to move everything in a day. Try it with your next event: ten minutes is all it takes, and if it's a recurring date, you create the next ones with a click.

  1. Create the event as in Create and publish your first event, copying the title, description and photos from wherever they are today.
  2. Recreate the tickets you usually offer, for example full price and concession, and the questions on your registration form.
  3. Publish and put the Smappo link where the old one used to be: website, social bio, newsletter.
  4. If the event repeats, choose Duplicate in the event dashboard and tap the days you want on the calendar, up to 20 at a time. Each day becomes a draft with the same time and the same tickets: check it and publish it.

Good to know

  • Leave events already on sale elsewhere where they are: people who have already signed up don't need to do anything again.
  • For your first paid event you can ask for the gift code that waives Smappo's fees, from the Your first event page.
  • Attendees, discount codes and Ambassadors stay on the original event and aren't copied.
